We hand wash & cut our salad fresh daily - no preservatives or chemicals.
Chicken Salad is made fresh daily -- Quiches & Popovers baked every morning!
We ask that you kindly -
Refrain from using cell phones and pagers in the dining rooms.
Please set them on vibrate mode and
out of courtesy to others take necessary calls outside.
Smoking is prohibited.
We do not permit sharing meals, however ½ desserts are available.
Nothing is served ala-carte and we hope that everyone in your party will be ordering.
We cannot permit food from your home or another restaurant
to be consumed inside the Tea Room by you or a child, per Health Department regulations.
Welcome Red Hat Society and other Groups and Organizations to the Tea Room
Groups of six people or more: Your guests will choose from a shorter menu
permitting us to serve your guests quickly and in concert.
Separate Cheques upon request - always our pleasure.
Twenty percent gratuity will be included on group cheques of six or more.
Parties at the Tea Room
Showers are Our Specialty!
If you wish to book a party or shower at Tea Room in the Valley
Please call 636.225.4832 after 2 PM, Tuesday - Saturday.
We will check your date and time availability and schedule your event.
We suggest that Parties/Showers run from 1:00 - 3:00 PM and last approximately two - two & ½ hours.
This allows time for our lunch rush to pass and give you more privacy.
Our Teacup Room holds 28-30, the Regal Room 10-12,
making it possible for a 38-40 guest maximum.
When you call, we will note which space in the Tea Room is best suited for your party,
go over your soup, quiche, salad dressing selections and other details.
The host or hostess will choose the menu selections.

Pricing Example:
We Suggest Meal #3 from Our Menu above, Our Duet -- with Chicken and Rice Soup,
Vegetable Quiche, such as Artichoke, Our House Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
and Georgia Ginger Peach Iced Tea. Adult meal $12.95 + $2.25 cold beverage = $15.20,
+ 20% gratuity $3.04 + 7.925% tax $1.20 = $19.44 per person.
If you would like a second beverage (such as hot tea or coffee) offered or served at time of dessert add $2.88 per person.
Adding a regular dessert from us is $6.33 Some desserts are available in half portions for $3.20
You will be asked for an estimated guest count at booking.
On Private Parties and Showers there is one cheque, plus 7.925% tax and 20% gratuity.
Say you anticipate 20 guests, based on that number a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
Deposit Example 20 guests: $19.44 per person x 20 = $388.80 ÷ 2 = $194.40
We accept MasterCard, Discover and Visa.
Ten days prior to your event we need you to call us with your final, firm attendance count,
double check the details with you, and answer any additional questions.
If you cancel the party 72 hours or less after booking it, we will refund your deposit.
Balance is due the day of your event, unless paid in advance, MasterCard, Discover or Visa accepted.
Coupons cannot be used for parties or groups. Only Meals #1-#3 are available for parties.

If you wish to bring a professionally decorated cake in for your party or shower,
the cake cannot require refrigeration or freezer storage or be home made!
We will serve it for you -- all we ask is that you supply small paper party plates & napkins
A dessert fork is included at each place setting.
Hostess Checklist:
1. Make Reservation and pay 50% deposit (MasterCard, Discover or Visa accepted).
2. Send Invitations - include directions to the Tea Room
from our "Maps/Directions" page. Somewhere on the invitation
ask if your guest has any dietary restrictions; and to please
respond (RSVP) two weeks prior to your event
Include your Email address for RSVP's.
3. If you are bringing in a cake it mustn't require special handling i.e. refrigeration/freezer.
4. TEN days prior to your party, call the Tea Room 636.225.4832 after 2 PM
to finalize your plans, tell us if there are any special dietary needs,
and give us your final guest count.
5. If you will be bringing a decorated cake, remember paper cake plates & napkins.
6. Will you need a large paper plate for a bridal ribbon bouquet?
7. Tablet and pen for gift log, scissors, tape. (Guest, Bridal or Baby Hallmark Books are nice to log gifts & guests.)
8. Please bring trash bag/s for wrapping paper - we will dispose of bags.
9. Day of party hostesses may arrive 15 minutes early if you have party favors to place.
10. And most important! Relax and enjoy your time with us!
